How long after my facelift procedure will I be able to resume my exercise regimen? I typically go to the gym 5 days per week for an hour.
Answer:
Patients undergoing a facelift procedure need at least three weeks of recovery before returning to exercise. This gives ample time for the immediate swelling to subside. Doing exercise before three weeks may cause excessive swelling as well as increase the risk of bleeding.
