Question:
I've had a hard time finding out how long the results of Dysport last. How long can I expect injections to last?
Answer:
Dysport injections last about as much as Botox injections do. The average is about 4 months.

Question:
What particular fillers can be used for non-surgical rhinoplasty and how long do the results last?
Answer:
I prefer to use hyaluronic acid fillers in the nose. This is because they resorb over time and do not leave any traces. Radiesse, although a great filler for soft tissue, can leave traces behind which can become a problem if the patient is going to have surgery in the future. Hyaluronic acid fillers last about one year in the nose.

It seems like plastic surgery has moved toward less invasive procedures, more things like injectable fillers over surgical procedures like facelifts. Do you see this trend continuing?
Answer:
Injectables, such as botox and fillers are large part of an aesthetic practice nowadays. I believe that they can be used to treat the early signs of aging as well as some areas that are not treated with surgery. However, they are a compliment to surgery and do not replace it. For example, injectables do not treat the neck and jowls, which can only be improved with surgery.
