As you know, I am a nurse at the surgery center where you operate. I had wanted to have my nose operated since I was a teenager, but I was very afraid to undergo the surgery. However, since I first saw your work in the operating room, I knew that I wanted you to do my surgery. I knew your were the right one right away.
It’s been 7 months since I had the surgery with you and I am so happy that I did the surgery. I had no idea the experience was going to be this wonderful. You took the time to explain everything from the beginning to the end. Everything you said was right on from the painless recovery to the minimal to no bruising. How do you do it??
I would like to thank you and your staff for providing a comfortable, caring and non-pretentious atmosphere. The culture in your office is amazing.

After my first visit to your office, I left feeling highly impressed and quite dazzled, thinking that this must be what it feels like when very wealthy women go to world-class cosmetic surgeons. Your office is very tastefully decorated; a strong sense of confidentiality permeated the space. You met with me and spent time discussing what you though was the right treatment. You took your time and explained everything in great detail. Actually, over the years I have gone to a number of cosmetic treatment centers in my efforts to maintain my youthfulness but have often felt like one of a “herd”. The doctors and nurses alike were clearly on a tight schedule; we all had to talk fast and then be off.
I felt that you had all the time for me that I wanted. You wanted to know all about me, past, present, and future so that you could best help me achieve my personal visions. Everything was explained thoroughly; you unquestionable care first and foremost about your patients. I have gone to any number of good doctors, but this was mind-changing. Normally, doctors convey a sense of self-importance and authority. In sharp contrast, you engendered a sense of respect and unconditional regard for me.
It is now 4 months after my neck and eyelift. I look wonderful and natural. So much that many people have not noticed that I had surgery. All they say how “rested” and “fresh” I look. Thank you for everything you have done. It was truly an eye-opening experience to have had surgery with you.
