Patient Info
Our stunningly beautiful patient 3 months after a deep plane facelift. We are both ecstatic with the wonderful result. How do we achieve this result?
First and foremost, experience. Twenty years of preforming the deep plane facelift since I started practice. Learning from my mistakes and continuously improving to try to achieve the best result possible. My technique today differs greatly from even lifts done one year ago.
The deep plane difference is that we are not pulling and tugging on the muscle layer as done in other type of lifts. A complete release of all ligaments to allow a repositioning of the deep muscle layer without tension. Meticulous closure of all incisions. Because I despise visible incisions.
The deep neck contents, mainly the submandibular glands, are reduced. This is done safely with the use of a ligasure devise to obtain precise hemostasis. These glands are the bulges seen in the neck. Reducing their size, without removing the entire gland improves the neck contour without any salivary deficits.
And lastly, putting your heart and soul into it! ♥️
