Reconstructive Surgery before and after, Oblique Right
56 year old male underwent reconstruction of a right nasal alar defect after mohs surgery for a basal carcinoma. He was reconstructed with a nasolabial flap and an ear cartilage graft to maintain the alar margin in proper position and shape.
