Dr. Bustillo: After my first visit to your office, I left feeling highly impressed and quite dazzled, thinking that this must be what it feels like when very wealthy women go to world-class cosmetic surgeons. Your office is very tastefully decorated; a strong sense of confidentiality permeated the space. You met with me and spent time discussing what you though was the right treatment. You took your time and explained everything in great detail. Actually, over the years I have gone to a number of cosmetic treatment centers in my efforts to maintain my youthfulness but have often felt like one of a “herd”. The doctors and nurses alike were clearly on a tight schedule; we all had to talk fast and then be off. I felt that you had all the time for me that I wanted. You wanted to know all about me, past, present, and future so that you could best help me achieve my personal visions. Everything was explained thoroughly; you unquestionable care first and foremost about your patients. I have gone to any number of good doctors, but this was mind-changing. Normally, doctors convey a sense of self-importance and authority. In sharp contrast, you engendered a sense of respect and unconditional regard for me. It is now 4 months after my neck and eyelift. I look wonderful and natural. So much that many people have not noticed that I had surgery. All they say how “rested” and “fresh” I look. Thank you for everything you have done. Dear Dr. Bustillo, I want to thank you for doing an amazing job on my chin! I was so apprehensive about the procedure before doing it, but it was the kind of thing I knew I had to do. I feel much more confident at work and in social settings. My only regret is not doing it earlier when I was in college. Dr. Bustillo is absolutely incredible and truly has an eye for practical beauty. I was able to get a consultation for an otoplasty procedure the same week that I called, and upon first meeting Dr. Bustillo, I immediately felt comfortable with trusting him for the procedure. I was also very pleased with everyone who worked in the office, as they were very attentive and organized. I actually had a last-minute event come up which conflicted with my scheduled surgery and I was able to reschedule my surgery without any hassle. I've had other procedures done with other surgeons when I didn't live in Miami, but my experience with Dr. Bustillo was just more than any patient could wish for. He is so detailed and comprehensive in his explanations that he makes someone with little medical background feel like they're in good hands. What is so special about Dr. Bustillo is how much he cares for his patients. He calls the night before to calm any nerves you might have, go through a brief overview of how the procedure will play out the following day, and answer any last-minute questions. He makes his patients feel like family. The incredible results post-operation just made the entire experience that much better. In fact, my boyfriend plans on scheduling a consultation soon for a rhinoplasty procedure because of how great Dr. Bustillo is.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Bustillo on November 24, 2013. I needed to get my nose revised because I had a really bad nose job before. Another plastic surgeon referred me to Dr. Bustillo and I can’t say anything bad about him. He is extremely attentive and has an excellent bedside manner. Actually my mom and I both had our surgeries with him. She had a facelift. He really is exceptional. He is not one of those surgeons that you just don’t hear from. He calls you and is very hands on. He doesn't just have the other staff members call you, he personally calls you. The people he works with are extremely friendly and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with my nose. Now, I can take pictures because I didn't take pictures because my nose was so lopsided. I'm just extremely happy with how everything turned out.

I had wanted to get my eyelids done for quite a while and researched many surgeons, I finally decided on Andres Bustillo MD. A few months ago, I finally had my upper and lower lids done (blepharoplasty). The overall experience was wonderful. Dr. Bustillo was an excellent, caring surgeon with years of experience. He took a lot of time to explain in detail the surgery I would be having and the results to expect with the time frame to expect it in. Everything went just perfect from beginning to end. All the swelling and bruises were resolved in the expected time frame (about 10 days). Not only was Dr. Bustillo excellent, his staff was professional and caring with terrific people skills. My eyes look terrific! I have recommended several my friends and family to him as well.
