A 27 year old female had an open rhinoplasty with a hump and radix reduction (the radix is the bony area between the eyes), dome binding sutures to narrow and define the tip, a columellar strut to support the tip, and a cap graft to provide further tip definition. The columellar strut and cap were obtained from the septum.
