Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic procedure that improves the overall appearance of the nose. The procedure is carried out by altering the shape and size of the bones and cartilages in the nose to give a more pleasant appearance that is in harmony with the patient’s face.
Revision Rhinoplasty
Revision rhinoplasty is a procedure that corrects and improves the result of a previous rhinoplasty. This procedure can range from a small “touch up” of an otherwise good rhinoplasty result to a full reconstruction of a poor rhinoplasty result.
Facelift
A facelift procedure rejuvenates the aging face and neck. The procedure improves the midface, jowls, and the skin laxity in the neck. Dr. Bustillo performs the deep plane technique, which provides a reliable, long-lasting, and natural result.
Blepharoplasty
The blepharoplasty procedure can rejuvenate either the upper or lower eyelids. In the upper eyelids, the “hooding” caused by the excess skin is removed, to give the eye a more refreshed look. In the lower eyelids, the “bags” that develop are eliminated and the skin is tightened to give the patient a more rested appearance.
Chin Implant and Chin Augmentation
Patients that have a week chin commonly undergo chin augmentation. The procedure is performed by placing an implant to improve the projection of the chin, thus improving the patient’s profile. This procedure is sometimes combined with other procedures such as rhinoplasty, neck liposuction or a facelift.
Dermabrasion
Dermabrasion is often used to improve certain scars, such as acne scars, and the wrinkles that form in the upper lip area, also known as “smoker’s lines”
Minimal Incision Necklift
A necklift is a procedure that rejuvenates the aging neck in certain individuals. The ideal candidate for an isolated necklift is a patient aged from late 30’s to mid 40’s. These patients typically have the beginning of an aging neck and do not have the advanced physical signs of aging that require a facelift.
Otoplasty and Ear Pinning Procedures
An otoplasty procedure is performed to correct protruding ears. The procedure can be performed both on children after the age of 5 and on adults. There are two reasons why we choose the age of five in children. First, the ears are fully formed at that age, so that they will not continue to grow. Secondly, because they have not entered school yet, operating the child at this age will avoid the psychological impact of bullying.
Dermal Fillers
One of the physical signs of an aging face is the loss of volume. Dermal fillers are injections placed to add volume to the face, and thus give a more rejuvenated appearance. Areas typically treated by fillers include the cheeks, tear troughs, temples, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. Dr. Bustillo will personally perform all the injections to give a natural appearance.
Reconstructive Plastic Surgery
- Scar Revision
- Skin Cancer Reconstruction
Botox® and Dysport®
Are neurotoxins that are used to improve the appearance of the upper third of the face. The areas typically treated are the horizontal forehead creases, the glabellar lines (“elevens”) and the crow’s feet.
